The Covid-19 pandemic has created economic strain and uncertainty for many healthcare organizations and their employees. To help our members who may be affected by job loss/job insecurity or are exploring a career change, HLNDV is offering a virtual Career Transition seminar and workshop with two dates to choose from.
This virtual program is interactive and each participant will agree to complete self-reflective assignments independently prior to the group session.
John Kiernan, Managing Director at Management Pathways will serve as the seminar facilitator. John is an executive search consultant who also serves as a career transition advisor and coach. He has worked with hundreds of professionals at every career stage in healthcare and related industries to help assess, prepare for, and navigate career change.
