Journal Club Article 9/17/24:

The ACHE Greater Philadelphia chapter has launched a bimonthly virtual journal club using articles from the ACHE Journal of Healthcare Management. The club aims to leverage available resources to foster collaboration and networking among members. Each hour-long session, held from 12pm ET to 1pm ET, features breakout rooms for detailed discussions on assigned topics, allowing participants to interact with various members. The articles for discussion are selected based on input from the Member Service Committee and the Board. The sessions are moderated by the Member Service Committee Co-chair and encourage participants to share their thoughts and personal experiences related to the articles. The June session covered modernizing call centers in healthcare, while the August session focused on leadership in digital transformation.
